re only 2 front desk staffs (included me.. a very newbie.. and, yet a new trainee..) duty at FO at a moment! so.. I'm as a back up for the supervisor as he was busying (engaged with guests or others..). so.. I'm forcing to be act 'pandai-pandai' (meaning do things that should be done by automatically..). so.. I have try my best to pick up and answering the ExTeRnAl phone call, (as well any phone rings up..) which I'm afraid very much that I can't answer (or handle) well to the person I'm speaking to..!!!
