This includes behavior management and  curriculum. Too many times, the kids feel they are running the school and can do what they want. I feel that teachers are spending a good portion of their day on discipline rather than instruction.

We also need resources that are a better fit for our students. Though Eureka has it's pluses, the students don't relate to it. It is boring for the students and they check out during the lessons.

Look at other interventions that are more engaging than BURST. Our interventionist is pulled a lot. FESoT should hire a full time employee who can take care of testing (DOLCH, DIBELS math progress monitoring, fluency tests, etc. and also be a building sub when needed - this might be a solution). 

Look at other programs that are more engaging than the current ones we are using (math, science, social studies). 

More movement including more breaks, longer recess or more frequent recesses. Many schools (Finland) give the students an extensive amount of recess.

Teachers need to be able to teach. So much of our time is devoted to so many other things that are required of us, that we are running thin. 

Less testing.
