After reading an article <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://onmayoclinichealthsystem.org">onmayoclinichealthsystem.org</a>, I decided to be kind for my own health and life.<strong> As mentioned in one article on Mayo Clinic Health System (2023) about the art of kindness that Kindness boosts self-esteem, empathy, and mood. Moreover, according to Nuvance Health, "Research shows that regular reading can <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.nuvancehealth.org/services-and-treatments/heart-and-vascular/cardiovascular-treatments-and-services/preventive-cardiology">lower blood pressure</a>, reduce stress and improve <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.nuvancehealth.org/services-and-treatments/sleep-disorders">sleep</a> quality.
