It relies on crop rotation, compost, biological pest control, mechanical cultivation, and other techniques using natural processes, to maintain soil productivity and control pests.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To understand which food has the least impact</div><div>&nbsp;in the environment we can use the double pyramid.</div><div>The double food and environmental pyramid highlights the close link between two aspects of each food: its nutritional value and the environmental impact it has in the production and consumption phases. Foods with a lower environmental impact are also recommended by nutritionists for their health benefits, whole foods with a high environmental impact should be consumed in moderation due to the effects they can have on our health.</div>]]></description>
