It is also important to note that its not just the male members attending the seminar but also there is a significant representation from the female members in the village aswell. from this we can possibly make a valid assumption that the culture and traditions of the village are not heavily patriarchal
Also it is visible that there is still a willingness to learn by the villagers even after a long day's of work.
