We can learn or teach from home or anywhere and so we can save transportation time and cost for both teachers and students.

We can also save other personal cost which are needed to go to school such as for clothes and cosmetics, for snacks and so on for both.

We can listen again teachers lectures at anytime by making videos records.

I feel more convenient in making assignment, presentations and discussion with online than in class.

Moreover, most of students will never fail to attend online class because they can attend conveniently even under some conditions which may be more absent such as feel ill or in bad weather conditions.

Drawbacks
Teachers cannot control students' participation and attention during online teaching, for example, they can end the call without getting permission of teachers.

The most essential thing of online teaching is availability of Internet access but some internet connection are linking with electricity. If electricity off, some students can't continue learning. Electricity is used to break down in Myanmar.

Some people don't believe the effectiveness of online teaching and so they can ask a question of students quality.

Most of the facts have already been contributed by a number of people from different aspects. Allow me to share my experience with online teaching only.

Technical factor- internet connectivity and electrical power play very important role in this online teaching and learning. Location of students in areas covered by wifi footprints, stability of internet, regularity of power supply, and bandwidth subscribed by the users.
Literacy / skill in using the video conferencing platforms and applications by the users.
Screen sharing must be in line with the guidelines for ppt presentations.

Conductors /Lecturers
Ability of the conductor to check and control the students.
Effective delivery of the contents of the lectures or talks by the conductor.
Planning of the topics, activities, interactive programs in the sessions. (according to the lesson plans).
Ability of the lecturers to control themselves to focus on the online teaching as it is easier for the lecturers to get bored or distracted from the teaching because of poor and slow response from the students.
Need energy and stamina to focus on the online teaching as it consumes energy and visual power.
(Video teaching is different).

Students / Audience.
Punctual attendance is important.
Giving full attention to the lecturers helps the program.
Putting up cover pages or images in place of their own living images should not be allowed. Because they can pretend that they are in the class while they are doing what they like. Virtual screen at the back is ok.
Interactive participation needed to be there.
No response from the audience or students may mean that the program is a failure.
Early leaving from the session should not be allowed.
Should do online tests to know whether they understand the lectures or not. (If possible).
