         <description><![CDATA[<div>When a child is identified and placed in a gifted program, their guardian receives a copy of the procedural safeguards.&nbsp; This legal document is broken down into 10 sections that explain the guidelines and legal proceedings that are to be used.&nbsp; This step also informs parents (in their first language) of any meeting regarding placement of their child.&nbsp;<br><br>I have attached a copy of the legal document.&nbsp; I also used the course module week 7 content from page 3 as a source for this Padlet.<br><br></div>]]></description>
