         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Boards would benefit from hearing the sort of presentation Neil presented tonight.  That could take a number of forms.  Some resources to help our boards to, for example, define what excellence means etc.<br><br>Give our boards the chance to provide feedback / evaluate how the board works, including how the chair runs the meetings, and what information the school provides.<br><br>Formal governance training for boards.  This can be expensive, but economies of scale might make it more efficient in a bigger group.  <br><br>Longer, dedicated formation sessions from time to time.</div>]]></description>
