The first 1-2 years exploring creativity and in-school time will be used to do this and mostly just developing core values and norms on how to treat others and socialize. Immediately teaching language basics as well like the alphabet, reading, writing, communication. Continue to teach the basics of math for 2 of the years. In classes like history or science teach stuff that is deeper because they are now more of a mature audience can understand it more - tough subjects.

Norms set throughout the system: Respect others, be kind, try and keep a positive attitude, be mindful of the feelings of others, be honest, be a good friend, be accepting of others that aren't like you, etc.

Addressing behavior, attitudes, interactions, etc outside of school subjects: Focus more on rewards than punishments, talk to them and tell them exactly what the issue is and why, and don’t yell. 

What kind of choice will students have in their learning: They’ll be given many options on what they would like to learn in general about topics that aren’t as academic as the “core” courses - ones like electives but more and more in-depth

Addressing parent interactions/concerns: Only get in touch when there is a problem and talk to the student individually to address it beforehand. 

Address students with different educational and behavioral needs: Make sure to connect with parents and other faculty to know how you can meet their needs, try to incorporate them into regular classrooms if possible, group students by learning style, and have people work together who can encourage and build off of each other. A lot of positive reinforcement.
