Although their have been attempemts to fully get rid of racism, it still exists in Universities and it needs to be stopped in order for everyone to have a chance at a better world.

Univerities are trying to put an end to racism.

that university would develop the first Black Studies program in the UK to show its commitment

Although Universistes are trying to change the racism that is currently occuring in schools, it isn't that important to them and there wont be a change because this topic isn't a big deal to them.
