Ask yourself, or your friend about how they're feeling. It's a difficult question, but could seriously make the difference. Be there for your friend, and make sure YOU have someone to talk to, as well. Refer them to a suicide hotline. Most times, suicide is paired with depression. Make sure you get the help you really need to get through this crisis. Studies have shown that if someone, after a suicide crisis, stays in touch with another people in the same situation, death rates go down drastically. Keep them connected, and be there for them. Recovery isn't easy, but it's better after.
