I have chose this topic because I want to make a change and to encourage people to exercise more often than they are or even not. I think that people need to exercise more as they will make a change in their lives and be more healthier than they are right now. This will make a big change to all of us as a nation. Our doctors will be more happy to see us from a healthy side than doing nothing and spending more time at home than outside. You might ask me. (What about when I already do?) I would say that you should take it more series and try to participate in a competition suited to your chosen sport and achieve something in your life that you would never think of. This would give a big satisfaction not only to your self but people around and the ability to show that everything is possible. The most and important is that lack of exercise can cause a lots of trouble from your health side. This is known as a lower risk factor for example high blood pressure, high blood sugar and a high cholesterol. All of them mentioned are very risky and can lead to a heart problems.
