More training and support within a new role, after being a student where we are supernumerary when on placement.  I will have a named preceptor who will be my first point of contact for support; they will provide honest feedback on my progress and also within areas that need improvement, to help me achieve my goals.

Clinical Supervision (like the module in University) and Management Supervision - space to reflect.
