         <description><![CDATA[<p>First-year teacher at new school (2021-2022). ANALYTIC intelligence was important, because I needed to know Psychology well as the field I would be teaching. CREATIVE intelligence was important, because constructing a class that would keep students interested and learning over the course of a full year took a certain amount of creativity. PRACTICAL intelligence was important for learning a very different new school culture, new school rules and policies, etc.</p>]]></description>
