Carrie White is the perfect example that bulling, religion, solitude and bad parenting are very dangerous potions to combine. I love how she is seen as a monster through others characters eyes while to the reader she is just a unfortunate scared little girl.

The best character and more developed one in the saga. Albus Dumbledore developed from an ambitious, immature and selfish character into a regretful, wise and protective character as he grew older. The development also shows that Albus Dumbledore has become a good brother, a wise leader and a protective mentor throughout the series.

This character is known as captain of the starship USS Enterprise in various "Star Trek" novels. I love what he represents : he is a symbol of wisdom and ethical leadership. I like this character because he always had good intentions, which are exemplified through his commitment to peaceful exploration and the improvement of humanity as a whole.

The protagonist of the dystopian novel series “The Hunger Games”. I absolutely admire this character since she’s so strong and resilient, facts that help her endure the grueling challenges and physical demands of the Hunger Games. Also, her sacrifice and selflessness when making tremendous sacrifices for the grater good, even at the expense of her own happiness and well-being. Her selflessness is a driving force behind her actions. The fact that she becomes a symbol of rebellion and resistance against the oppressive Capitol is something that should be highlighted. I think she is a very brave person. For me, these aspects makes Katniss Everdeen one of the most beloved and iconic heroines in young adult literature. Her journey from a struggling survivor to a symbol of hope and resistance is at the heart of “The Hunger Games” series.

The monster is a Victor Frankenstein’s creation, which was created from different old body parts. He enters life eight feet tall and enormously strong but with the mind of a newborn. Abandoned by his creator and confused, he tries to integrate himself into society, but his physical grotesqueness and aspect of his persona doesn´t deal with the society. In the begininning, he seems to be a bad creature, but the monster shows that he is not a purely evil being, although his outward appearance makes him to be rewarded only with beatings and disgust. The monster ends up lonely and tormented by remorse. With his enormous aspect it may seem as a terrifying creature but he is the opposite.

Hermione is one of the main characters in the Harry Potter books, and she's one of my favourites. Its easy when we first meet her to not like her, she can be annoying or sometimes too responsible - however as time passes we get to know her as a loving and caring friend. Incredibly smart and strong, with a great sense of good and bad, and ready to fight to ensure a fair world.
