The lawyers have opportunities to review the case or to improve it, that the most important time for the lawyers to advert for their reclaim. 


They should not say why this evidence is important and why the judge has to swing his decision in the lawyer’s favor. However they should review the statement.

2.   A closing statement is another time for a lawyer to introduce the evidence or to comment what the judge didn’t hear for a witness before and it places at the end of the trial. The aim of this is to have the opportunity to review the evidence you wanted to get and that the time you put your case the best one.

You say a summary of the evidence you give to the judge and say why it is important to give that and why it should swing the judge decision in your favor. 

You shouldn’t say every details because not of all is important.

Step 2
1. It is a case of mistakes and identity. A hard working student understand that a criminal charge would be determantal to his future and he testified that he didn’t commit this act. Mr Williams recognize him on a photo.  It is to concluse the defense evidence.

2. The atmosphere of the scene is look likes icy silence.
The lawyer is trying to touch and affect the jury.
