This cover is extremely unique considering the fact that there is nothing but the Title, prime photo and barcode. The amoint of simplicity make this cover super iconic for the skate culture and overall branding of "Jaws (Skater) and Thrasher as a brand

The Brand "thrasher" logo is very simple. its the word THRASHER is a curved and ridged font. over the yearstheyve used different variation of the masthead but for the OG white text with a black outline stroke punched onto the cover at a large size screms out the name and attention of the brand.

The editing of the whole cover is really the cropped image of the main subject. Aaron "JAWS" Homoki. its a typical trademark for Thrasher to mask out the skateboarder over the masthead whilst having rest of the photo behind the text. This is a great way ti make a 3D illusion to the front cover.

The angle that is used for the photo was taken at the bottom left of the stairs. this for 1. follows on bow the magazine is read. starts at the top lift, finish at the bottom right. 2. is to being more of a lower angle to the min subject of the photo. E.g 'Jaws" jumping a 25 stair. makes the distance and height lot more extreme to the eye. this of course grabs the attention of the consumers.
