A lot of times students spend more times with teachers and at school than they do with their parents and at home. When I think back to my teachers I remember how much they cared for not only me but for everyone in the classroom. I want all my students to feel like they can be anything they want to be. I will push them to do and be their best. I will love my students unconditionally and always support them. I will take the time to go support them in choir and sports or any other activities they are in. I want my students to feel safe around me. If I notice any ounce of struggling in a student, I will do my best to help them understand. I feel like if students fail and don't think they can pass a subject or even an assignment they will have less motivation to try to do their work. I loved going to see my friends and most of the time I loved all my teachers. Elementary was probably my favorite time to be in school. Classes were fun and entertaining, teachers gave out candy, we always got to go to the library and had to read. (Which for me was my favorite part of the day) When my mom and I babysat my nieces I always played school with them. I had so much fun playing teacher and teaching them things they didn't know. I want my kids to love school. Because I believe they shape the future of America. And they are in our hands. They need to focus on the needs of every child enrolled there. It is the schools job to make sure every student is passing, if a kid is falling behind they shouldn't be ignored. A school should do everything in their power to help all students. Kids learn best by doing fun activities. To keep them engaged the school needs to have hands on fun activities.
