Violence and abuse is shown specially in childhood and teenagers at school. As a consequence of this, It is high important to depict how education is portrayed in the movie.

Education is seen as a source of hope and empowerment for the protagonist. Although it was extremelly hard to achieve her goals and face problems, Precious finds motivation in her education thanks to her caring and loving teacher, who encourages precious to pursue her education and believe in herself.

It is outstanding how a good educational atmosphere inside the classroom thanks to a teacher, and rapport can create not only knowledge, but also new opportunities and a sense of belonging, too. It is inspiring and allow us, teachers to be, to think about the importance of our role inside the classroom. All in all, I want to became, the teacher I would have loved to have in my childhood. :)

William finds inspiration to build a windmill through books on wind energy that he discovers in his school library, although his access is restricted because his family has not paid the fees. Despite this, William manages to enter unexpectedly.

With the support of William's parents and the future community leader, Gilbert, the Wimbe community successfully builds the windmill. The project succeeds and generates electricity for a water pump that irrigates the Kamkwamba's crops. With water and community effort, Wimbe overcomes the shortage and survives.

I identified with Lucio in his struggle to help his students, but also in his frustration when realizing that it is not always enough. It made me wonder how far a teacher can go without putting themselves or their students at risk.

Despite everything, El Suplente left me certain that education remains a powerful tool to change lives, even if the impact is not always immediate. It is a reminder that, beyond the difficulties, being a teacher means accompanying students and making a difference, no matter how small. 🫤

Mr. John Keating is very different from the other teachers because he encourages his students to think for themselves and see learning as more than just studying to pass exams. His lessons are dynamic, and he inspires .them to express themselves through poetry, question the rules, and see the world from a different perspective. However, his way of teaching clashes with the school’s strict rules and the mindset of the headmasters, which leads to conflicts. I watched this film and I enjoyed it. The literature and poetry profesor Keating played by Robin Williams, is one teacher that implements so many didactic technics to cause different effects in his students. The students at Welton Academy were curious and hesitant about how the class was going to be, but professor Keating showed them his way to deliver the class and the students immediately felt engaged into it. The professor got sentimentally involved with his students in a sense that implies the affection and care over them, and the bond that was established product of the trust and experience in working collaboratively. Moreover, the professor encouraged them to think for themselves, to discuss life and stuff, to open their minds and open their hearts to feel poetry and use it as a way of expression. So many scenes were showing different situations where one can see different didactic techniques and ways to proceed before certain situations. One of Keating's teachings to his students was the Latin phrase "Carpe Diem" which means "to seize the day".

woman. This situation goes unnoticed by many, but not by teacher Blue Rain, who

knows her students, identifies their problems, and supports them. Thanks to this

teacher, Precious learned to read and write, motivated by reading to her children. She

confronted her mother by speaking her truth, left home, began therapy, and discovered

love for her children. That's why she decided to improve her quality of life until she felt

free, despite her past and her illness.

We all have a personal story that makes us who we are today and that we must live

with. The difference is made by those who accompany, assist, and support us in this

process. That's why, as teachers, it's essential to know our students and give them the

tools to overcome them.

I saw the others movies in different moments. So I chose whiplash, because I thought that the teacher could show us the way to motivate.

Far from that, the movie talk about an authoritarian and violent musicians`s teacher that used the worst way to teach and transmit your knowledge.This is an aspect, that we could find in the classroom.

The text mentioned that a teacher must motivate the learner using a way that the learner research and improve their ability to obtain an excellent result. But some teachers sometimes desmotivante with their actitud in class, also their actitud could be harmful for learners.

I feel that the protagonist doesn't give up in the face of adversity, as with his own daughter, he tries to motivate and I think that inside he needs to give motivation to move forward.

It is also very interesting how he approaches the classes, trying to get them to participate, to express themselves and catch their attention. The clearest scene of his strategy to approach his students was reflected when he invited them to sit in a circle to chat in confidence and in a relaxed way.
