Presented about me PowerPoint to the class.

The presentation developed communication skills , as i presented it to the whole class meaning you must be heard so speaking clearly , confidently and loud enough. What went well?- My presentation had the correct information in it and i presented loud and clear answering any questions asked ,confidently and informatively. I could improve by obtaining more eye contact as I read off of the board a bit much in my opinion.

Evidence 2
Enrolment / First day - I was a late enroller so i had a meeting with Rikki and Amy about expectations of me on the course and what i would like to do in the future and how I will achieve this with the grades I want to achieve. The meeting went well as we communicated clearly . It developed my communication skills as i felt confident and spoke strongly about what I wanted to do and achieve on the course.  To improve - i forgot to ask Rikki a question in the meeting and had to go back and speak to him at a later time.

Evidence 3
Refereeing , i am a qualified referee and have many problems occur in games and so i must keep calm and collected and communicate clearly and strongly , usually my communication follows the correct pattern for instance at full time i had a parent enter the field of play and try square up to me I had to calm the individual down by not raising my voice so the incident didn't proceed. To improve i would like to have been a bit more confident if possible as i was understandably nervous as it was a grown man whom was clearly angry.

I play for football teams including college a Saturday team and a Sunday team, football is a team sport which relies on teamwork in order to compete to the best of your abilities meaning teamwork is a excellent skill to have. The only thing i would change within my teams is the bickering and little arguments we have in games, however most of the time our teamwork is good and the team moral is high.

Evidence 2-
When refereeing i must work in a group of 3, communicating in order to come up with the correct decision. 99% of the time we come up with the correct decision however sometimes there are disagreements. If I was to do different situations again I would take more time in discussing as you actually have longer than you think.

When coaching i must work in teams in order to carry out sessions, communicating and working together in order to provide the best session possible for the participants.
