         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.     Mind map. (cognitive approach)</div><div>The teacher will elicit from students everything they know about alcohol and add the information pupils don’t know. This activity will establish the prior knowledge that students have and connect it to new one. During this activity visual and auditory learners will be involved.</div><div> </div><div>2.     Introduction of new vocabulary. (behaviorism- structured material provided by the teacher)    </div><div>The teacher will introduce the new vocabulary with the help of PowerPoint presentation. The presentation will be built from few different components: word, it’s definition and a picture. The teacher will go over the slides, will read, explain (including the use of facial expressions and body language if needed).  The activity will be very helpful for various types of learners, such as visual, read/write and auditory learners.</div><div> </div><div>3.     Guest presentation. (constructionist approach- active story telling)</div><div>Teenager (past alcohol abuser) will come in and tell his/her life story. The guest will bring pictures, diary and will give examples how alcohol abuse affected his/her life and reasons why he/she started the alcohol abuse journey in the first place. During this activity visual and auditory learners will be involved.</div><div> </div><div>4.     Interview. (humanistic approach)</div><div>Students will ask the guest different questions. This activity will give them an opportunity to practice (reinforce new vocabulary).<br>During this activity visual, kinesthetic and auditory learners will be involved.</div><div> </div><div>5.     Discussion. (social cognitive approach)</div><div>The teacher will discuss next topics with students:</div><div>guest’s life choices</div><div>their feelings (do they empathize with the guest)</div><div>do they think the guest is irresponsible?   <br>This can be done in different manner: the teacher will divide the class in the groups,each group will discuss different subject. The representative of a group will introduce to entire class his/her group's conclusions. During this activity visual, kinesthetic and auditory learners will be involved.</div><div>  </div><div>6.     Students will write a reflection on the lesson on their personal Padlet wall and share the link with the rest of the class. This activity encourages free recall of the information that students learned during the lesson.During this activity read/write learners will be involved.<br><br>This lesson covers all the aspects of language: reading, writing,listening,speaking.</div>]]></description>
