Divergent Thinking

Divergent thinking works best in problems that are open-ended and allow for creativity. Divergent thinking is a thought process or method used to generate creative ideas by exploring many possible solutions. It typically occurs in a spontaneous, free-flowing, "non-linear" manner, such that many ideas are generated in an emergent cognitive fashion.

Integrated Design

We use an integrated design approach that involved the planning and design teams together throughout the entire process of the project. This ensures that everyone is involved in all aspect of the project, including the planning exercises and the design creating a seamless transition from planning to design. It also ensures that discussion and direction that is worked out in the planning process is not lost in translation between parts of the team.
