By applying this skill, I can successfully start the action plan by first brainstorming in your interest areas and GIN goals, start from big ideas then go into details then plan the timeline using calendar, then starting researching on the program. Find partners and form a team with members with different characteristics and fortes, start the activity small and try to develop. Find sponsors by writing sponsership letter, creating promotional video. Design a logo and also slogan about your project to advertise, and can present your work on social medias etc. to raise awareness.
I chose the goal 10 of  "reduced inequalities". I believe that I got better at reflecting and communicating, because during the workshop, what we did was we told the "workmates" our experiences and we reflected and talked about them.

I improved my focussing skills today during the listening time, I had to focus and listen to the speaker for a long time, it is true that it is interesting and important, it is still hard to concentrate. I had also developed the ability of evaluating existing actions. I can talk about them  in my project as an exampleand inspire more people to take action.

 The area and skill I think I developed the most today was my focusing and listening skills because, we had to listen for long periods of time to our Keynote speakers and one of our tour guides. Al the things they had to say were very interesting and was really cool to hear.
