         <description><![CDATA[<p>Today’s journal feels a bit disappointing. I didn’t move as much as I thought I would. Interestingly, I had never used a fitness tracker before, and today I discovered that my average daily steps are only around 4,500. That really surprised me, especially since I consider myself pretty active. I love all kinds of sports, I’m consistent with going to the gym, and I occasionally play tennis, swim, or bike. I did take my dog out for two walks today. I always enjoy night walks more, so I usually go a bit longer. I will be more organized and active starting now, as this is a perfect opportunity to achieve my ideal body for summer. Excited to start the short semester, Professor. Goodnight!</p>]]></description>
