         <description><![CDATA[<div>The phenomenon occurs in this area because warm, wet air that blows in from the Gulf of Mexico and this is where it meets cold, dry air coming from the massive Rocky Mountain range. These are the conditions that create possibilities for the tornadoes to occur. The image below shows how the air travels.  </div>]]></description>
