I think what represent Hong Kong is our heritage, what we believe in and what we are KNOWN for. Every place has a different perspective.
One thing I personally think that is unique in Hong Kong is Chinese New Year, where the joy in the land combines in a piece.

Life in Hong Kong can be a polluted , but at the same time, it is also a place where is safe and not as dangerous as other places. It is also a place where people sometimes work every week, day and night.

In my opinion, i think that 菠蘿包(Pineapple Bun) represent HK a lot because it's very unique, it's made in HK, you can only eat it in HK and a lot of people love to eat Pineapple Bun.

HK is a very small country which live with 7 264 100 in the end of 2014, people are crowded everywhere, they work for at least 8 hour and they are very busy (some people work everyday). 🏃

Our safety and security, where in most places there are murders and murder ignorance, but in HK, it's (mostly) safe (lemme guess, Hong Kong's gonna explode in 12 seconds). Even the weather is (mostly) secure (worst time to say that because a few days ago there was a flood along with a hurricane in HK).

Life in Hong Kong is a bit annoying with all the humanity (that's the species, not the subject) crowding us with the pollution.
