The pollutants are classified as primary or secondary. Primary pollutants are usually produced by processes such as ash from a volcanic eruption. Also include carbon monoxide gas from motor vehicle exhausts or sulphur dioxide released from the factories.

Also people are polluting the planet because we do not throw the garbage where it has to be, we throw it in the street, on the beach. Causing the garbage to reach the sea and cause the sea animals to die or reach the garbage to the pipes.
Can further be classified into two sections- Visible air pollution and invisible air pollution. Another way of looking at ir pollution could be any substance that holds the potential to hinder the atmosphere or the well being of the living beings surviving in it. The sustainment of all things living is due to a combination of gases that collectively form the atmosphere; the imbalance caused by the increase or decrease of the percentage of these gases can be harmful for survival.
EFFECTS OF AIR POLLUTION.
1. Respiratory and heart problems: They are known to create several respiratory and heart conditions along with Cancer, among other threats to the body.
2. Global warming: Another direct effect is the immediate alterations that the world is witnessing due to Global warming.
3. Acid Rain: Harmful gases like nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides are released into the atmosphere during the burning of fossil fuels.
5. Effect on Wildlife: Just like humans, animals also face some devastating affects of air pollution. Toxic chemicals present in the air can force wildlife species to move to new place and change their habitat. The toxic pollutants deposit over the surface of the water and can also affect sea animals.

In my point of view the atmospheric contamination is produced by deforestation, as there are no soils to cultivate, they cut the trees damaging the nature and even animals. The industrialization because it is the production of factories and machines used with fuels. Pesticides also because it harms the floors and produces the accumulation of gases in the air. Mining because the use of heavy machinery with fuel use (gasoline, ACPM) damaging the air. Including forest fires and volcanic eruption because they damage agricultural soils and fields. And the most important is the burning of fuels (petrol, gas, coal).

To reduce this impact on the atmosphere we can recycle all recidus (paper, cardboard, glass, batteries, plastic). We can even implement the use of bicycles to reduce the use of fuels. Another alternative that we can use is to increase the consumption of vegetables because livestock produces 14% of Atmospheric Contamination. We can also recycle our clothes and verify If this are made of natural marterials, and finally cultivate our own food, because they will not be altered by any chemical. And taking into account this, we can improve our world if we preserve the natural resources recycling it and also taking care of those . Also our organism will be more healthy including animals because the species will be grateful because there will not be a change of climate so the species will be preserved more.

Let's start by remembering that air pollution is the presence in the atmosphere of substances, materials or forms of energy that pose a serious problem, danger or harm to humans or the environment
One of the main problems we face as a human being is the survival of the planet, high levels of pollution and poor development practices
The accumulation of gases in the atmosphere has caused the appearance of large fissures in the ozone layer which has generated other phenomena of notable negative impact, such as climate change and global warming
MINING EXTRACTION
Many minerals are obtained thanks to chemical products and the use of heavy machinery that pollutes the air with dust particles and gases. In addition, the extraction generates, in a good number of cases, irreparable damages in the environments.
USE OF PESTICIDES IN AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers and other chemical products are used for the cultivation of food, which causes serious damage to the soil and favors the accumulation of gases in the air.
EXCESIVE INDUSTRALIZATION
The increase of factories and mass consumption are another cause of air pollution. The greater the demand for items, the greater will be the harmful effects for the planet.
BURNING OF FUELS
Conventional means of transport burn a large amount of fuel and turn them into gases, something that also influences the quality of the air we breathe.
DEFOSTERATION
As there are no suitable soils for planting plant species, the number of trees is reduced. And this, in turn, prevents many of the polluting gases that circulate in the air can be neutralized and the air is cleaned
HOW CAN WE HELP?
We can make valuable contributions to help
To recycle waste, products and materials, in this way we avoid that the demand of articles increases and that the factories in turn produce new units
Use of bicycles or other alternative means of transport and, above all, that do not contaminate the environment.
Incorporating vegetarian dishes into the menu, livestock is closely related to the emission of greenhouse gases, more than 14% of gases of this type are due to this activity
Protect the soil, respect the natural cycles of growth, avoid the use of chemical substances or genetically modified organisms.
Grow our own food at home, naturally and without altering natural growth cycles.

atmospheric polution refers to air pollution is described as the presence of matter in the air or atmosphere , this can cause difficulties to see, breathe and even multiple diseases.

This affects our health in circumstances such as:
- Increase in the population that has allergies.

- Development of heart diseases.

- Increase in people suffering from respiratory diseases such as asthma or insufficiency.

- Increasingly alarming numbers of people affected by some type of cancer.

The causes of these contaminations are :
- Primary pollutants :

Nitrogen oxides

Carbon monoxide

Volatile organic compounds

Sulfur oxides

Particulate matter

Mercury..

- Secondary pollutants :

these are formed from the oxidation of sulfuric acid and nitrogen dioxide.

-Mining extractions
-Use of pesticides in agricultural activities
-Excessive industrialization
-The increase of factories and mass consumption
-Burn of fuels

SOME CONSEQUENCES CAN BE:
- fires and deforestation
- contamination of water
- destruction of flora and fauna
SOME SOLUTIONS:
* do not use fossil fuels
* use renewable energies
* Decrease carbon dioxide emissions
* recycle more
* Walk or ride a bicycle
* enhance and protect natural spaces
* plant more trees
* Ventilate the house and purify the air
* Produce less smoke at home
* Use ecological cleaning products

Organizations that help !!
Thanks to organizations such as the ONU ,the world has been opening its eyes. Scientists show how dangerous and harmful this problem is.This is the case, for example, of the Smog Free Tower, a tower to absorb smog.

I am going to start with the first thing, the atmospheric contamination is caused by the non-made and made gases that go to the atmosphere, it is the major cause of the global warming and cancer in the world, half of the american population is breathing this "effect" causing 29.000 deads per year.
I think this is major caused by all the humans in their daily life and we don´t pay attention to this.
Imagine if a normal person go to his/her job with a car and the job is 500 meters away from his/her home, that person is making 244,000 "meters" of gas per year, that´s a lot of gas for 1 person.
My solution to this contamination is using less cars, motorbikes, trains, and using more bycicles, skateboards, skates, and more means of tranportations to reduce the contamination and we will have a healthier civilization.
Other solutions can be reducing the use of use of sprays, don´t burning tires, plant more treesamd if it is possible making an ambiental law that prevent the cration of toxic gases.
We have to take awareness of this situation and save our world, we have time yet

For me the atmospheric contamination are all types of gases that rise to the atmosphere and begin to pollute more and more, damaging the ozone layers and the human body.
There are two types of pollution that are the primary ones that go directly to the atmosphere such as sulfur that damages the lungs, the secondary ones are attracted by chemicals, both pollutants will dry the planet and cause diseases in people.
There are polluting gases such as CFC, Carbon monoxide, Carbon dioxide, Nitrogen monoxide, Sulfur dioxide, Methane and Ozone.
effects of such gases: ozone is a form of oxygen found in the upper atmosphere of the earth. The damage to the ozone layer occurs mainly through the use of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), the ozone layer absorbs some solar rays before they reach the surface and this allows life on earth.
some possible solutions for this problem would be to recycle since the garbage in the earth causes polluting gases, to use electric means of transport since the cars produce a lot of gas, use renewable energies, look for alternatives for the main pollutants that are the factories or that come from the oil, prohibit burning of garbage or other objects. These would be for me some solutions for the environment but I also wanted to add to change the way of thinking of the new generations and be able to maintain and save it, not destroy it and finish it.

Thank you

(Daniel cogua)
The causes of air pollution are the result of industrial processes that involve the combustion of natural resources such as coal, oil and gas. These combustions occur mostly in the industrial sector and in road transport, but also to a lesser extent in residential heating and small installations. In all these processes dioxide and carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen and sulfur are generated among other harmful gases main pollutants of the atmosphere.
If we talk about road transport, the air pollution produced represents 80% of the total issued in Spain. It comes basically from the transport of passengers, of which 90% makes the transfers by road while an irrelevant 5% does it by rail, the rest of the air pollution comes from the transport of goods through the road network, -which although the percentage of heavy trucks does not exceed 10% of all vehicles that circulate, emit between 30 and 40% of the nitrogen oxides and particles in suspension, thus becoming the largest emitters of sulfur dioxide.
solutions:

-Recycling of waste, products and materials. In this way we avoid that the demand for articles increases and that the factories, in turn, produce new units. The environmental impact will be less.

-Prolonging the useful life of objects. This is a measure in tune with the previous one and that invites creativity to be used. For example, old and worn wool sweaters may not work for day-to-day, but if they fall apart and weave again, they can become a mid-season blanket.

-Use of bicycles or other alternative means of transport and, above all, that do not contaminate the environment.
Consuming responsibly. By adopting responsible consumption habits such as buying Fair Trade products or saving on our energy consumption, we will make sure that our consumption - which is inevitable - has the least impact on the planet and also on the human being itself.

-Incorporating vegetarian dishes into the menu. Livestock is closely related to the emission of greenhouse gases. According to Greenpeace, more than 14% of gases of this type are due to this activity. You can contribute to reduce this information in a really delicious way: try some of the vegetarian recipes that you will find in the free healthy food guide of Oxfam Intermón.

-Paying attention to the type of cultivation of fresh foods. Organic farming takes care of the planet: it protects the soil, it respects the natural cycles of growth, it avoids the use of chemical substances or genetically modified organisms.

-Looking at the label of our clothes. The tendency to buy a garment, use it, and throw it away later to buy another one is consuming natural resources such as water. Fortunately, there are more sustainable options for the planet, such as textiles from Veraluna, a Fair Trade brand that uses natural fibers of organic origin, or the company Ecoalf, which makes garments with waste materials.

Thank you!

This translates into a significant impact in different cities, this is due once more and more people on the planet and this entails a greater consumption of food, appliances, fuels, among others. Our ecosystem has also been affected by deforestation, burning of tires, use of oil, aerosols, plastic bags, among others. This is not only the life system but also the quality of life of people, blood, skin diseases, burns, spots and viruses due to epidemics that occur as a result of the proper handling of garbage. The solution to this problem will be the use of the three R: Reduce the use of water, light, unnecessary plastics; Reuse objects and sea for the same function and another; Recycle in different cans once the elements are separated, so that they can be reused in an appropriate manner. How can we contribute to the care of the environment from our homes? Turn off the tap when you are lathering, turn off the lights when you are not in that place in the house, try not to use sprays, get water on your side and in your thermos to avoid unnecessarily buying bottles of water.

( Daniel Camacho )

Air pollution is an obvious reality in the world, although large cities have the highest levels of pollution. Poor air quality affects our health much more than we can imagine, so we must take measures to take care of ourselves and not suffer from diseases. The people must thing in the future of the world ,what is going to happen to the air in a few years? , we must to start he change now before it´s too late.

Reducing air pollution is everybody's job and that is why in this post we tell you what we can do to avoid pollution. In addition to these small individual actions that we propose, we also have the possibility of breathing a purer environment in our home or workplace if we use systems of renovation and air hygiene.how to take care of the atmosphere of pollution:

- The green areas of cities are like lungs that generate oxygen. We must take care of these spaces and contribute as much as we can to more and more enclosures with trees and plants.

- Use low energy bulbs to get the same amount of light but using energy efficiently. In addition, with this measure you will be able to save

- Try not to waste the water. Showering instead of bathing, using taps to save water or have a double flush system in the toilet are some simple and useful measures to achieve it.

- Avoid using cutlery and disposable plastic tableware or that is not biodegradable.

The environmental impact will be less.

* The use of clean and non-polluting fuels.

* Reduce the use of aerosols containing CFC, etc.

These are some of the easiest and most appropriate ways to reduce air pollution.

#wemakethechange.

(María Paula Sevillano)
Atmospheric contamination is the presence in the air of small particles of the results of gaseous products that notoriously involve damage and risks in living beings especially those that inhabit the areas with the greatest presence of this.
What causes this?
most of the culprits are the large industrial factories where combustion is carried out and apart people think that the only fault is with these factories, but we likewise continue to "collaborate" to ensure that these products continue to be sold and manufactured almost daily (valga the redundancy) thanks to our daily use of these, we continue to acquire these products and as companies see that they have good profits they obviously continue to manufacture more and more.
most of the culprits are the large industrial factories where combustion is carried out and apart people think that the only fault is with these factories, but we likewise continue to "collaborate" to ensure that these products continue to be sold and manufactured almost daily (valga the redundancy) thanks to our daily use of these, we continue to acquire these products and as companies see that they have good profits they obviously continue to manufacture more and more.
An odious cliché:
"We must demonstrate to the factories that cause the air pollution the damage they are causing, and encourage them to change the manufacture of their products for ones that are not so harmful and instead of worsening our planet, making it a better place :)"

Then let me tell you that this cliché is not bad at all.
Just as there are construction products that do not pollute, tell me. There are not going to be other materials to do exactly the same as the gaseous polluting products that we consume every day.
The first thing is the indisposition of people to investigate more of these products, where to get them, and how to handle them, it is really so difficult to turn on a damn computer (sry for the vocabulary) and search about this? I mean that currently more than 70 % of humanity has access to the internet and are not able to invest their time in this for the common good, people are too selfish at times, but I will not talk more about how almost useless humanity has become with the necessary resources and disapprove , and I do not only talk about natural resources, because they do not even make good use of them, what we do is currently known as ENVIRONMENTAL EXPLOITATION.

I do not want to give the typical solutions of all people such as "recycle", "frequently use public transport and do an annual review of your vehicle", NO, beyond that is thinking of an evolution that can really benefit us ALL , because people only want and often wait for things to be done alone, and it is not like that, never will be, without actions there are not the results we want, if we do not want to continue seeing these damages, then let's face it one day and let's say "I'm sick of the same damn things every day, today I will make a change not only for myself, but for my future self that would not want to see the world like this in these times, and for my future generations"
* I think I should get more serious so that this seems more professional so .. *

Of course, those common recommendations that give us to check the gas in our car, reduce the consumption of products that affect the air, look for alternative energy sources and those things, give it to us for some reason, and it is to postpone the destruction of the planet caused by the above, so if you do not think you can take initiative for something big, you can help with the solutions that show us daily, remember.. great changes are given to start with small steps. (Fav for my poetic action)
I clarify that all this I did with my words and of course .. something to search the internet.
Thank you!

MARIANA TRUJILLO

atmospheric pollution is one of the biggest problems in the world, which almost nobody pays attention. Atmospheric pollution is that there are materials in the air, which reach the atmosphere, causing it to begin to degrade generating the sun's rays penetrate more strongly in the earth, affecting the soil where it is grown, also causing acid rain, affecting both plants, soils, and even humans. On the other hand they affect our health causing diseases such as: Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Asthma, Yellow fever, etc.
These are chemical substances that affect soil cultivation, but many times we do things that affect the environment generating atmospheric pollution things like:

use aerosols
let our cars take out a harmful smoke

smoke from factories

but to help reduce the impact of pollution on the atmosphere we can do some actions which can be recycled because we take advantage of resources and avoid being burned, use public transport, ride bicycles to work or schools, avoid using deodorants in spray or paintings in lacquer and finally avoid frying so many foods.
these changes in our life we can help that there is less atmospheric pollution, making this planet a more pleasant world with less pollution and which can be preserved more.

Atmospheric contamination(luis carlos estupiñan 801) What is atmospheric contamination ?As it name sais it is the contamination of the atmosphere or the layers of the earth it is principally relationed with gas contaminants and also with Atmospheric pollutants that are substances that accumulate in the air to a degree that is harmful to living organisms or to materials exposed to the air. This causes serious problems in people in vision and respiratiry system Example of Causes The Ozone layer is considered crucial for the existence of the ecosystems on the planet .Global warming, a direct result of the increased imbalance of gases in the atmosphere has come to be known as the biggest threat and challenge for the humanity ond also for the planet The principal causes of global warming are- Burning fossil fuelsWhen we burn fossil fuels like coal, and gas to create electricity or gasoline to our cars, we release CO2 pollution into the atmosphere - DeforestationPlants take an important part in regulating the climate because they absorb carbon dioxide from the air and release oxygen back into it. Forests for example act as carbon sinks and are a valuable means of keeping global warming to 1.5°C.- FarmingAnimals, livestock like sheep and cattle, produce methane, a greenhouse gas. When livestock reach at a large scale the amount of methane produced is a big contributor to global warming. Pollutants in air - Exhaust from factories and industries: Manufacturing industries release large amount of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, organic compounds, and chemicals into the air thos gases dam the atmosphere and difficult the life There are 2 types of pollutantsprimary pollutants : caused by primary and secundary resources . An example of a primary pollutant is the the sulfur-dioxide emitted from factoriesSecundary pollutants: caused by reactions of primary pollutants . For example the smog that is caused by a reaction in a primary resourcesAlso The greenhouse effect affects the planet .it is the process by which radiation from a planet's atmosphere warms the planet's surface to a temperature above what it would be without its atmospherePossible solution- i think it have to start in each one of us bit it is necesary to make a law that regulates the gases pruduced in the factories- other solution is to use more the renewable sources to make energy like wind and so others forward reduce the use of fossil fuel for example

Without forgetting that it also originates and may originate to a greater extent than those cited meteorological changes significantly affect the agricultural sector, and their crops. This supposes not only a blow for the mentioned area but also a damage for all, in general . Atmospheric pollution is a cause of global warming, the Earth's temperature is increased in recent years and if we do not change the behavior that humans have towards the environment will continue to increase which will generate the melting of the poles that origin the increase in the seas and the flood of coastal cities

However, if its concentration increases, its greenhouse effect also increases.

We can classify this in three types :
Gases: are carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), among others.
- Particles: come from fumes or ashes from combustion, from aerosols, dust from mines or certain industries, etc.
- Energy: what we know as noise pollution, light pollution or electromagnetic pollution are within this classification.

How can we solve this?
- Recycling is a way to reduce pollution because we take advantage of resources and avoid some manufacturing processes that generate harmful gases.
- Using public transport contributes to a single vehicle carrying many people, so we pollute less than if each one goes in his own car.
- Sharing transportation is also a good way to reduce pollution.
- If we think about changing the car, it is best to choose one of low consumption or electric. In case we prefer a traditional one, we must bear in mind that diesel is the most polluting.
- All vehicles need revisions, at least once a year. In this way we can verify that ours does not contaminate more than what is allowed and we will repair it immediately if we detect any irregularity.
- Walking or cycling are the two least polluting ways to get around.

Thanks.
