One of the struggles of performance groups is finding a place that meets the unique needs for a performance: stage space, audience seating, food/alcohol accommodations, acoustic/amplification features, etc. Similar for rehearsal spaces. I'm surprised that I haven't found an online service that provides this in a useful structure.

I know that Bellevue Library has a makerspace, and I think there are a couple co-working spaces...but I think there's a lot more untapped interest in spaces like this on the eastside, especially as an increasing number of people adapt to home forms that are more compact. https://www.makerspaces.com/what-is-a-makerspace/
