Teamwork is important because this can help us enhance our skills and show our best potential, this is also where we share ideas and responsibilities as a team. Teamwork helps in reducing workload, since each member has different assigned tasks to do. I prefer working as a team because it motivates me to bring out the best of me. Teamwork also means helping each other, I want to help my group members as we all rise together.

Learning teamwork is a type of process of preparing ourselves to socialize with other people (helps us to be open to all or helps us get out of our comfort zone).  In general yes, I prefer working on a team environment but it really depends on the situation; there are times that we need someone to help us achieve our goals but most of the time we also need to learn on how to be independent.

Collaborating with others helps us complete the tasks at hand more efficiently even just a tad bit more than how we'd do it if we went solo.
