<title>Years following the September 11 attack, Bin Laden would periodically release videos and audios while hiding. In a video broadcast before the November 2004 U.S. election, he told muslims to “continue to escalate the killing and fighting” in Iraq. Other recordings by Bin Laden were released in 2009 and in 2010, he claimed responsibility for a failed bombing of a passenger airline the year before.</title>

<title>On May 1, 2011, the U.S. raided Bin Laden&#39;s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan at night. After killing Osama Bin Laden and others, the commandos took his body to Afghanistan for identification, then to a U.S. aircraft carrier for burial at sea, to prevent his grave from becoming a pilgrimage site. President Obama announced his death by stating “Justice has been done”.</title>

The Saur Revolution started an ongoing conflict in Afghanistan which led to the Soviet Union invading the country to protect its interest and region. This also led to the Soviet-Afghan War(1979-1989). </title>

Just as the coordinated efforts of the U.S. and its allies led to his capture, today&#39;s struggles against global threats like cyberterrorism and misinformation require a united, strategic approach.</title>

<title>Occupy Wall Street (OWS), which lasted from September 17 to November 15, 2011, in New York City, protested against inequality and corporate, highlighting wealth disparity in American politics. The protest emerged after the 2007 - 2008 financial crisis and the Great Recession, which made living standards worse and increased income disparity, fueling public resentment towards the larger unpunished financial actor leaders who were responsible for the crisis.</title>

<title>A decade before the United Nations climate scientists issued a “code red for humanity,” 20-year-old college junior Evan Weber joined thousands of protestors on Wall Street to declare a code red for democracy. On September 17, 2011, they blamed banks, corporations, and the wealthiest 1 percent for corrupting democracy, and their movement, which saw hundreds of thousands join across the U.S., successfully shifted the narrative around economic inequality and gained widespread public support.</title>

<title>Occupy Wall Street’s most significant impact was on politics, shifting acceptable discourse to the left. Before Occupy, no mainstream legislator criticized capitalism’s corruption, the wealth gap, corporate-designed laws, or billionaire tax evasion, but Occupy changed that narrative, highlighting economic injustice and inequality as deliberate outcomes of wall street’s greed, thus paving the way for anti-corporate law makers like Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.</title>
