The major reason why this newly-developed lesson plan is effective and practical lies the detailed structure of the plan itself. In the lesson plan, the techniques are well-linked and well-organized which allows the students to explore the contents of the lesson (toxic masculinity) in an in-depth and chronological manner. Moreover, each and every technique is given to the student with an appropriate timeframe. This allows students to work on the activities effectively and successfully during the session. On top of that, the techniques are organized deliberately in the rational and comprehensible order, starting from defining key terms to reading for the details and experience sharing. Lastly, the technique used in this lesson is communicative language teaching (CLT), which enables learners to discuss and share the insights, thoughts, and ideas in a meaningful and engaging environment.

Teaching English with socio-political topics is a great way to make lessons more interesting and meaningful. For example, discussing issues like toxic masculinity helps students learn English while also thinking about real-world problems. It makes learning feel connected to life and encourages students to share their opinions and listen to others. However, teachers need to handle it carefully so everyone feels comfortable talking. Overall, it’s a creative way to teach language and raise awareness at the same time.

Politics has become a big part of how people interact in society, and it’s affecting education too. Schools and universities are not just for learning anymore; they’re also places where people talk about political ideas. This can be good because it teaches students to think about important issues, but it can also cause disagreements. Teachers now have to make sure students can think for themselves and understand different views while keeping the classroom a respectful space for learning.

A short reflection detailing the increasing involvement of politics in social dynamics in your today's society and how it affects your teaching The growing influence of politics in social dynamics affects education in many ways, especially in Cambodia. The country’s history, such as the Khmer Rouge era, makes certain topics very sensitive. Teachers often avoid discussing these issues openly, as they could unintentionally offend students or their families. In addition, the curriculum in Cambodia can be influenced by government priorities, limiting discussions on controversial topics. This restricts students from exploring different perspectives or developing critical thinking skills. Teachers may also feel hesitant to encourage open debates for fear of crossing political or cultural boundaries. Teacher-student relationships are additionally affected by politics. Students are frequently discouraged from questioning authority in Cambodian society, which might reduce the energetic nature of class discussions. When accompanied by politically charged instruction, this limits student's capacity to develop their own opinions. Teachers have a crucial role in helping students understand the world around them, despite these obstacles. Teachers can support critical thinking in students while keeping social and political sensitivities in mind by promoting respect and open-mindedness in the classroom. In short, politics affects education by determining what can be discussed and how, but teachers can still prepare pupils to interact effectively with society by taking cautious methods.
