  • arranging appointments / communicating with families , OTs, speech pathologists, paediatricains, psychologist etc....
  • taking messages from all key parties - educators, other directors, students, parents etc...
  • typing/word processing
  • filing / uploading documents e.g. psyc reports
  • organising meetings
  • managing databases / Synergetic
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems - Risk Assessment, PSG goals, resource ordering etc...
  • preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • checking and unpacking orders / resources
