Description:
Common Data Sharing / Services System among customers in all BUs in JM (regardless existing B2C and B2B business among the Group)

Customer Need:
Customers need the Group to tackle their 'problems' and look for 'solutions' (e.g. B2C - An individual wants to buy a unit from HKL and it can be connecting with IKEA..)

Who is involved?
Building - new business (collaboration between technology partners and all JM business units)

Using it - Customers among BUs in the Group

Roles within our Teams:
- Logistics, Engineering, Products, New Investment, Sales & Marketing, Digital, HR....etc.
