The author of the book is Enid Bilton . I enjoyed this book as it is a good, fun and well written book.
Out of 1/10, i give it a 10. It is one of the best books i have ever read.

Captain underpants is a elementary school principle. He was hypnotized by 2 small boys Harold and George. They suffer the vile case of BSS (Bored school syndrome). They are always getting in trouble . 
I give this book a 7/10 because it was fun how Professor Pippy P. Poppypants shirks the school and then gets sent to jail but what I did not like was the part where the changing of the name. This book is like a song but it is the best book because of the reasons behind its story. It is very touching and sweet. It is about doing things. Not just sitting doing nothing because you will miss the future and what is fun. I cried while reading this.
