Skills - Dany Cotton has all kinds of some technical and some specialist. As a team of fire fighters there was amazing search and rescue skills and fire safety skills. Dany personally has the skill of building construction which was a huge help with the fire being so early and no one else around to check the safety of the building. The other people who can do this are the council, so Dany stepped up and id the risk assessment. Her specialist skills include being able to use breathing apparatus, hazard materials, high ropes, medical response, trauma care. The breathing apparatus that she had she gave to others showing , this shows she is not only has skills but caring and those are key. ON the night she showed all of these skills be helping out civilians and being part of the firefighter who helped tame the fire .She also made sure she had the specialist their from the fire service and from other public services. The police where there to traffic the citizens away from the area, ambulance there to triage the victims. For the fire service they had to have the different fire engines their with high ladders in order to get those on the higher levels of the building block.
Qualities - The qualities Dany needed to support everyone. Trust, Loyalty, Discipline, Morale, Respect, Motivation. The proof Dany had these qualities is because zero firefighters died and they managed to save 65 citizens from the burning tower block. She was respected by the fire fighters because she was giving out her water bottles and her breathing apparatus so the citizens could breath properly. she didn't leave the scene all night and was there the next day with the press and the last few fire fighters at the scene. The amount of motivation she had to give to support the men and women staying there for 24 hrs who showed loyalty and respect. She managed to instigate the duty of all fire officers at the scene and those fire officers she needed to get to the scene from all around London, doing this once she had travelled blue light from her home to the scene taking and hour or so. She maintained it for a whole 24 hours plus while working herself.
