The Treaty of Paris had been reviewed and been negotiated between the United States and Britain after the United States won the Revolutionary War and after 8 long years, won its independence! Below are the negotiated conditions between the British and The newly freed United States :

U.S. is recognized as independent
British ordered to leave immediately
U.S. receives right to fish off Canada's Atlantic Coast
Each side would would repay debts it owed to each other
Gave U.S territory between Atlantic and Mississippi
British would return any enslaved persons
Congress recommends that the states return any property they seized from the loyalist

Some problems are still unsolved!! Americans never repayed the debt they owed to British merchants! Plus, Britain never returned enslaved persons! But after the Declaration of Independence of 1776, The Americans finally won their Independence! Congratulations Americans! Sorry about the loss Britain, the Americans had allies and great leaders after all!
