The 1st thing I was able to notice is the lack of eye contact and focus for the client. This may show the client that you are not interested in what he has to say 
2. It was unprofessional and unethical for the counselor to bring up the police so the client could feel more pressure to come back to see her
3. The counselor was also getting off topic by talking about her issues instead pay attention to her client 
4. The counselor showed no compassion or understanding for the client's issue, but instead made him feel more uncomfortable
