I give lectures on ESL, educational research, technology integration, instructional design and distance education in different institutions. Dear all, I am looking forward to learn and work with you! As I have been doing also Module 1, some of you might know me already. I am 52 years old, from Gemany and just finished master studies at Fernuniversität Hagen. As I am interested in teaching a lot, I participate in this class and in master studies of Bildungswissenschaften. Regularly, I am working at a boarding school which is connected to a secondary school. I do education there but sometimes I also teach sports, psychology and other subjects. See you soon!

Hi everyone! I am Nette and I'm 28 years old student from Finland. I'm studying at the University of Jyväskylä for the fourth year so I'm studying my master's studies. My major is education and I'm going to be a class teacher. I also study educational tehcnology as a minor studies (so that's why I'm in this module), so I will become an IT teacher ass well.

hello from Rosenheim in the south of Bavaria, Germany. I am a musician, music teacher, audio technician and after my studies of e-education currently working as moodle support and trainer in Tec University of Rosenheim.

Hello everyone!

I am Andreas from Germany and I am 31 years old. I'm currently living in Finland with my girlfriend and I am studying to become a translator. I am also interested in different learning approaches, motivating students and how technology changed how students approach learning.

As some may already know from Module 1, I don't have any teaching experience yet, so I am looking forward to hearing some of your experiences and try to soak up the most information I can and learn from them.

Dear all,

I have been working as a lecturer in face-to-face courses at an adult education centre for about 7 years. Since May 2022, we have been providing participants with iPads on loan and are now integrating modern teaching and learning methods. However, we are still at the beginning.

By participating in all three DCE modules, I hope not only to expand my theoretical knowledge, but also to gain tips for my daily work with digital media.

By the way, I am 57 years old and live in Wesel, Germany.

Hello from Bavaria, Germany. My name is Stefan, I'm 32 years old and I'm currently working as a coordinator, social worker and teacher at the University and Rehabilitation Clinic in Ulm. A special feature is the integration of our retraining courses into a rehabilitative context. This means that we can tailor our approach much more precisely to our participants than regular institutions can. Unfortunately, the options for online teaching and using digital resources within our retraining programs are limited. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to learning more about digital methods and potentially incorporating them into our retraining programs if possible. See you in the course!

I am José Teixeira. I am Portuguese but I work at Åbo Akademi in Finland.

I have a technical background in computer science, but I have lot of difficulties in embracing the digital in teaching. I struggle especially in the hybrid setting where students are in the class-room + at home.
