         <description><![CDATA[<div>     <strong>W</strong>hen packing for a trip, we usually focus way an excessive amount on cool outfits we expect we will wear.  Being in the aviation industry for over four years has radically changed the way I pack, what items I must carry, clothing, and gadget essentials.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Which core activities I need to conduct to achieve these values?<br>The ultimate R strategy in this project is to RETHINK &amp; REFUSE, because when we studied the most outcome of how a consumer pack, we realized that the stuff that ends up as waste and extra are preventable in the first place. Therefore giving the consumer the right methods will prevent those excess expenses, especially waste, because when we buy less, we will need to worry less about Reuse and Recycle.<br><br>From a value creator standpoint, the online platform needs to be up to date and maintained, to provide subscribers with accurate inputs about circular economy news and feeds apart from the luggage creator shopping feed.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> Most interviewees agreed that it is legally allowed to develop the project, 64% think it can contribute to a transition to A Circular Economy (packing efficiently leads to less purchase during travel, therefore less waste. However few among the sample brought to my attention that, in order to reduce the waste I need to study furthermore the most efficient production process/material used when designing/manufacturing the product (something that led me to review  Proposition Block 3, also to study how the product can be reused/recycled at the end of the lifecycle. I also received very constructive feedback regarding the platform/product title, suggested being called "the smart traveler organizer" instead of "frequent flyer organizer," since it can attract travelers in general and not only flyer by air (will have further to increase potential consumer circle in the Stakeholder phase). such a project can impact consumers positively since it would save time and energy (reduced stress ..) for those packing on the go (minimal approach). Still, the consumer in the sample did highlight if the luggage organizer can fit everything ? is it durable? , size and cost .., also few colleagues (flight crew) think the platform might not be accurate in giving useful packing advice since people are sometimes unique and need to be a behaviorist to understand what would each one of us carry, Interviewees were given space the end to express any other concerns/add input. Few answered (22%) were curious to know furthermore about circular economy and its principles and values; others suggested surveying consumer profiling in order to get a grasp of what can be enhanced to perfect the platform/product.</div><div>Ps* all feedbacks where studied thoughtfully and strategically, and changes in blocks as mentioned above have been conducted on my BMT.<br><br>Peers Reviews were constructive, and thanks to these inputs,  I had to reshape and make a few constructive changes as follows :<br><strong>Peer A  </strong>suggested another title: The Minimalist Traveller that I do appreciate and will take into account when deciding on when developing the project /logos and iconography, also  Given COVID shutting down entire industries, especially travel, there could be an opportunity to focus the project on the post COVID traveler; feedback that points out the importance of creating up to date values that synch well with the NOW and most importantly a circle of consumer that I belong to as a frequent traveler affected by the crisis and looking for alternative ways.<strong> Peer B </strong>thinks it could be an exciting app. Understanding how a consumer/traveler needs to adapt to each country. Also, with the compelling packing idea, he suggested furthermore that I  could create a<strong> packing 'Masterclass' </strong>with tips and tricks. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A survey was conducted among 34 people (potential investors, consumers ..) from all walks of life (different types of jobs and different levels of society, gender .. ), aged between 25 - 65 years olds, interviewees varied as follow: 35 % colleagues from the aviation industry, 30% Creatives &amp; Designers, 5% self-employed Business owners (architects, Hoteliers/Restaurateurs ..), 15% various domains (Doctors, Engineers, Humanitarian activists and 15 % social media marketer/influencers.<br>According to feedback given, building a platform that helps frequent flyers to organize essentials according to their needs is indeed an innovative idea in the travel/luggage industry, less than 12% thought that the market has similar products but not as effective.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>.,  it cI  What are the long-term effects of this business?</div><ul><li>SPECIFIC :</li></ul><div>this platform will impact frequent travelers post COVID, including airline crew and young businessmen and women, these entities will become a community that is dedicated, motivated committed to a circular economy, through their dedication to the WE instead of I, a community that is resilient in times like these, in times of crisis to bounce back and act better and more effectively when it comes to shopping, transport, and travel and working towards a Minimal future where everyone values resources and consumes less, travel less and enjoy the small things.<br>How does this project affect the (local) environment?<br><br></div><ul><li>MEASURABLE :</li></ul><div>Since the platform will start as an online (educative | shopping for circular luggage ), it will not have a direct impact on the environment, labor, animal Welfare,  until the product goes onto the production (on-demand phase). Therefore it is crucial to conduct (web/app)  user survey and track their activities also, once samples are ready, I intend to send samples of the product to specific groups of people to study further the project principles impact on consumer behavior &amp; whether it helps post COVID travelers to reduce their carbon footprint by consuming less and explore further new ways to best contribute to a transition towards a circular fashion . of course all this would require data analysis of subscribers within the sphere.<br><br></div><ul><li>ACHIEVABLE :</li></ul><div>Contributing parties dedicating and actively collaborating in an ideal all believe in is the key to the success of the project. Therefore, anyone involved in building this Platform needs to be completely transparent with one another, every stakeholder will have to look at the bigger picture and be as creative as they can be ambitious to crate a lasting impact not only on the design phase or the luggage market, everyone should think out of the box because it is not just about the product, its a much bigger idea we want to achieve. Hopefully, we will be able to change mindsets.<br><br></div><ul><li>RELEVANT : </li></ul><div>being part of the aviation sphere and how unfortunate it is for us During the Epidemic, such a platform would be the traveler solution to maximize utility and minimize cost in a Neoclassical system where companies think only about minimizing cost even on the expense of firing staff. That is why any positive contribution big or small in the travel industry towards the <strong>Purpose economy</strong> is precious.<br><br></div><ul><li>TIME-BOUND :</li></ul><div>there will ben a substantial effort put onto the design phase of the luggage organizer that is somehow complex as it is personalized according to algorithms and consumer profiling .. in that regard, I find it extremely important to breakdown the project onto tew parts. Since willingness to buy sustainable garments is part of a boarder shift in thinking , we have to make sure to pave the way and prepare the audience first using the platform and all other sorts of media to communicate Purpose Economy values and the inevitable idea to shift to a circular system.</div><div>That said and by the time the travel industry starts to recover (according to my airline we need at least six months to see things better), it will take up  to 1 year to build a group of stakeholders &amp; seek investors,  submit founding files All to lunch the first iteration of the PLATFORM, and that alone will be a significant milestone, apart from the 2nd phase that would start (actually producing luggage organizers ) into the market, that would take 1 -2 years of further behaviorists researches, surveys &amp; sample testing. Thus almost 3 years up until the actual on-demand product is available to custom design online and produce . lastly I would estimate that within five years from the lunch of the platform &amp; 2 more from the product being launched and ready to purchase, that we would see a considerable impact on traveler/ consumer shift in habits and popularity of the concept alternatively will see promising circular similar design/concepts in the market. </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is the business case for The project? Is it financially feasible without external funding? How does your impact relate to your transactions?<br><br></div><ul><li>The luggage retail is a significant market throughout the world; it was valued Approximatively 22.2 Billion u.s.d  last year (2019), a number that will considerably decrease due to the impact the epidemic is inflicting upon the travel industry, and the retail market. Just recently,  today's consumer relationship with the web &amp; online social media has not been better thanks to the self-quarantine so many have gone through and still in most of the world, funding have learned a lot and had the quizzes opportunity to learn from masters on their fields, and that is why I would like ----myself - to contribute to using this post-crisis as un impeccable timing to reeducate and impact travelers from their home with an interconnected platform that would provide information on how to pack conveniently, how to declutter and live your minimal self, buy less &amp; consume less and therefore provide information on their environmental &amp; ethical impacts, form a humble perspective of a young  &amp; curious traveler.- </li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The platform will serve as a community that will bring people together, a community that will be able to network, learn &amp; grow alongside people who genuinely care about nowadays human impact on the environment  &amp; human and animal Welfare about the 'We'.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The luggage organizer will help individuals be their authentic selves, promote common universal Minimal values, as it will serve as a great tool to be a better consumer.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The Platform, on the other hand, will promote Social values through its community-based features, with videos and interactive activities and quizzes, members engaging in discussions, sharing information, educating each other,  all parties will feel engaged and connected.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The Platform will. Serve itself as an educative interface that promotes and values circular values above all knowledge.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>The above-maintained values and ideals the community will share in the upcoming future will help curious people, and especially travelers Post COVID crisis, not to reach their potential and have a more evident mindset. I believe future travelers will have a border shift in thinking and, therefore, will be willing to buy sustainable garments and will be able first to comprehend how it is crucial from each one standing to transition to a circular economy. Therefore it will greatly impact the environment, society, and the welfare of its occupants.<br><br>The project will seek initial funding from entities in the aviation and travel industry as well as from other parties in the design industry as investors/ collaborators, would decently need its own financial support once we reach the second phase in people trusting in the product as a helpful tool to their excessive consumerism.</div>]]></description>
