No, I try to be as true to myself whether it is online or offline. I don’t see the point in trying to be somebody different online when people already know the real you offline. I think being two-faced looks worse than trying to look “cool” online.

What is the extent of your online presence? What social media sites do you use? Who has access to view this information?

I do not post a ton online. When I do, it is likely related to a sport that I am in, or a big event that recently occurred, such as prom. I use Snapchat and Instagram. On Snapchat, only my friends see what I post and on instagram only those that follow me see what I post as I have a private account.

If you knew a teacher, principal, college or future employer (or parents/grandparents) would look at your online social profile today, would you hurry to your computer so you could take some items down? What would you want them to see or not see?

No, I would not be concerned at all. I barely have anything posted as is, and anything I do have posted is appropriate. I would be perfectly fine if a teacher, employer, or parent looked at my profile. My parents and family already follow me on instagram anyways.

I would describe my online presence as rare. I really don’t have anything posted and rarely add to my social medias. I would want others to view my social media presence as positive. I would say that the two match. In my eyes, less is more.
