1. If families have been in contact with the bus provider, PRIOR to 15 August 2025, and Arab Falcon has confirmed your seat, you are GOOD to GO for your first day of school (PS students to remember your dates, as you first have Hopes & Dreams).

2. If you have made contact with the bus provider between 16-25 August 2025, and they have confirmed your seat/s, your first day of transport on the bus, will be 5 September.

3. Any bus sign ups FROM 26 August 2025 onwards, will be given a start date by Arab Falcon Dubai.

Arab Falcon will be sending out an email with timings of pick up, etc from 22 August onwards. This will be your confirmation that all is ready to go. If no message has been received by 25 August, please do make contact with them directly at csr.dia@arabfalcondubai.ae

If you want your child to have meals delivered to the classroom, please download the app or contact the below mail/number.

Kalo’s daily offerings in the cafeterias will include:

Live egg station for breakfast
Live fresh smoothie counters throughout the day
Freshly baked bakery products
Fresh salads and sandwiches with multi cereal bread options
Wholesome and nutritious lunch with multiple vegetarian and non-vegetarian options
Freshly brewed coffee for teachers and parents

Additionally, Secondary school students can continue to order pre-packaged meal boxes that will be freshly prepared daily. These meal boxes offer hot and cold options and can be pre-ordered monthly, and they can collect it in the canteen

Registration & cash transactions: Kalo Hospitality has a one stop mobile application to enhance the user experience in the school cafeterias and to make managing the student meals seamless and convenient.

1.The application will need to be downloaded, and the student details will need to be registered. Multiple student IDs can be registered against a single user.

2.The mobile application can be used for the following:

a.   Enabling payment using student IDs.
b.   Direct top up of funds.
c.   Viewing of available balances.
d.   Overview of monthly menus.
e.   Pre-ordering of meals for primary students

3.Purchases can also be made from the cafeteria using cash or credit card during the registration process.

4.Unutilized balances carried by students from the previous provider will be automatically carried forward to Kalo and this can be utilized as soon as the registration process on the mobile application is completed.

Just a reminder that students wear trainers with their PE kit. These do not have to be white, but any colour of their choice. Our only requirement is no basketball style/high tops allowed.

Who Do I Contact?

On occasion, it is completely normal for students to be sick or need to take leave for any number of reasons. Should your child be unexpectedly absent, please fill out the form to indicate their absence first thing on the morning of the absence, this will stop the school from needing to contact you further. If you know in advance that your child will be absent, please also fill out the form, indicating the dates of absence. For parents requesting a pick-up during the school day, it is vital that the form is filled in at least 12 hours ahead of the requesting pick- up time in order to ensure timely sign out of the student.
