My Goals After Learning the 5 Pillars of Islam

After learning about the 5 Pillars of Islam, I really want to practice them more sincerely in my daily life 💫. I’ve realized that each pillar teaches me something special — Shahada reminds me to always stay faithful to Allah 💖, Salah helps me stay disciplined and connected 🕌, and Zakat makes me more caring towards others 🤝.

During Ramadan, I’ll try to fast with more patience and gratitude 🌙, and one day, I hope to go for Hajj with my family 🕋 inshaAllah. Learning these pillars makes me feel proud to be a Muslim and inspires me to live with more purpose and kindness every day 🌼✨.

Quranic Verse

When I entered secondary school, I was just an average student. My Form 3 results weren’t good enough to take the science stream, so I thought my dream to become an architect was over. Many people told me that to be an architect, I must take Additional Mathematics — but I didn’t.

Even so, I didn’t give up. I studied hard until I finished school. When I filled in my UPU form, I put Foundation in Architecture as my top choice, because deep down, I still had that hope. Alhamdulillah, my SPM results turned out good, and when I checked my UPU result, I jumped with joy — I got into Foundation in Architecture!

That moment made me realize that Allah’s plan is always the best. Sometimes we feel lost, but Allah already knows the right time and the right way for us.

“And never give up hope of Allah’s mercy. Indeed, none despairs of relief from Allah except the disbelieving people.”

(Surah Yusuf, 12:87)
