We can define that as storming.
Storming can be passed through conflict resolution. This is when you find a solution for a problem, one solution is when you discuss the problems with everyone else. Another one is when you ask people to change behaviours and not personalities. You can also have one on ones with people .

Set the major theme of the presentation and made sure it was clear. After that would provide a headline then give an outline to that headline. Demonstrate enthusiasm  by using words such as cool, awesome and by body movement as well.  Sell an experience and make numbers meaningful. Use very little text by making emphasis on bullet points. Also the presenter must give them a show and make them want to listen more. Rehearse, Rehearse,  Rehearse. A lot of rehearsal is needed to make a good presentation.
