My name is Emilie. I'm 15 years old, I like dancing and skiing. I also like anything creative; for example painting, drawing and writing poetry. I haven't been writing seriously for that long but I've been drawing basically my entire life. I love being able to express my feelings and thoughts beyond the limits of words and having complete freedom in what goes on the paper or canvas.

I also like photography, especially now in the autumn that the leaves are colourful and pretty 

My name is Erik Heimdal and I am a student at Mälarhöjdens school in Stockholm, Sweden. I am fifteen years old and have a mother named Inta, a father named Pär and a sister named Anna that is three years younger than me. My main interests are physics, technology and math. I like understanding how things work and why they do so. Therefore I´m glad that we will be working out solutions to some of the world’s problems together and maybe learn a bit about the current methods to tackle the problems in the process.

My name is Tor. I will turn 15 in December, I like Judo and to train at the gym. I also like to be with my friends of course. I’m in the 9th class which means that I will go to high school next year. This year we have a lot of pressure on us because the grades need to be good if we want to go to a good highschool. But i’m not that worried because I think that school isn’t everything. Enough about school, I have a little brother, a mom and a dad. My brother is 11 years old, my mom is 46 and dad is 47. I’m looking forward to work with you all!

When I’m not at school or in the gym I like to travel to beautiful countries. I have ben to the U.S. two times, in Florida. I think Florida is a very beautiful place especially Miami Beach, I love Florida and Miami.

My favorite food is salmon and I also like everything with pasta.

My favorite subject in school is Natural Science and Math.

On the autumn break I will go to Nice in France. It’s going to be fun.

My name is Elsa and i'm 15 yers old. I live with separated parents in Fruängen and Gnesta. In Gnesta I live with 5 pets, 3cats, 1dog and 1 horse. So I am pretty busy with animals.

My name is Clara and I’m 15 years old. I live with my mother, father and my sister in Mälarhöjden. My sister is one of my best friends and I am very happy that we have such a good relationship. 

A big interest of mine is dancing. I take street classes most of the times but sometimes jazz or other styles too. I like how the body connects to the music. 

Another thing I love is music. I play or listen to music every single day, especially alternative R&B and Soul. 

Also, seeing my friends is a big part of my life. 

I like school the most of the time which some people might think is wired. But not for me, on the contrary, I like learning new things. 

Therefore I look forward to learn about each other’s cultures!

My name is Ola and I am a student at Mälarhöjdens Skola and one of Aljaz’s students. Okey so in my family It’s me my two brothers Adam and Simon and my parents Mia and Stefan we live in a house close to the school.

My favorite thing to do is to play ice hockey, I play in a team called Huddinge and actually last year my team went to Chicago and played a tournament called Krolak cup. My dream is to play in the NHL one day. That’s a little bit about me.

I have practiced horse riding for 8 years and I've never thought of quiting. Often I train dressage but I prefer horse jumping, as it is more about speed.

Exept horse riding, I'm an extremely creative person who likes to express my oppinions and feelings through art. I love to paint, draw, write and photograph, but also listen to music, read and experiment in the kitchen with cooking and baking.

I share my everyday life with my mom, dad, older brother, my super fluffy rabbit and my friends.

 

I'm looking forward to cooperate and work with you!

Other then training I hang out with a lot of friends from school and the people I train sports with. I have 2 younger brothers who annoy me a lot I guess. I like English a lot and I really look forward to learning with you.

I love playing soccer and spending time with my friends.

I have been playing football since I was six years old in two different clubs.

My favorite subjects in school are sports and also religion and history. I think there are very interesting topics.

My name is Jakob and i am a student at Mälarhöjdens school. I am 15 years old and live with my mom, dad and my older sister. My hobbies are playing hockey, badminton and being with friends. My favorite school subject are PE because i like running around a lot and to do physical stuff. I also like to go on vacations and to watch series or movies .I am really looking forward to work with you all.

My name is Linnea Mattisson – Mattisson, almost just like one of the main characters in ”Homeland”, which by the way  I think is very enthralling. In my spare time, I actually like and do follow many series, like ”Game of Thrones”, ”Orange is the new black” and ”The walking dead”. When I am not in school, I also hang out with my friends and work out in the gym, I have also started jogging with my brother. My family consists of my mother and father and my older brother - Daniel. It is not so much more to know about me. 

But I am really looking forward to get to know you and it is so great that you are from the US. I have never been there, but I really find USA a very interesting country and I very much want to get to know more about your culture.             

My name is Iris and I am fifteen. I am a student at Mälarhöjdens school like everybody else. In my spare time I like to sing and listen to music. I also play the violin and I have done that since I was 6 years old. Besides that I do my homework and hang out with my friends.

I like swimming and listening to music. My favourite artist is Just Juice and Eminem. I enjoy other sports too, like biking in the forest. I also train in the gym. My parents are divorced, they are 44 and 54. I have one sister that studies at Stockholms University, she is 19. I think its gonna be very fun getting to know all of you!

As I said I also like dogs, the picture below is of me and a dog called Filur that I used to take out on walks a few summers ago when I was in Dalarna that is located in the middle of sweden.

Besides animals, books is somethings else that I really like. I mostly read fantasy but quite a lot of sci-fi too. Some of my favorites are Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings.

My name is Matilda. I’m 15 years old and my class is 9a. I live with my mother, my father, my two younger sisters and my little brother in Mälarhöjden, Stockholm. I like anything creative, for example drawing, painting, writing and photography. I especially like to photograph people but I also enjoy photographing lanscapes, flowers, sunsets etc. Why I like to photograph people is because I like working with people, capture moments and emotions so that they will not be forgotten. But also to see that the person I´m photographing likes the pictures and thinks that he or she is beautiful in it. I also like to dance, read, bake and be with my friends and family.  I´m in the 9th class whichmeans that i will go to senior high school next year and this spring I will have to choose a school to start at. But the problem is that I have no idea what to choose. So I´m pretty stressed out about that, but I think I will figure it out. I like school most of the time and I always have, because I like to learn new things and to see my self grow. 

Therefore I look forward to be working with all of you and learn more about you and your culture! 

This spring it´s time for me to choose senior high school.

I'm 15 years old. I live at home with my mom and dad, my older brother, he's 17,  and my pets. A cat and dog. 

In my spare time I like to go to the gym, dance and be with my friends. 

I go to the gym to get stronger and it's a great way to get rid of stress. 

I also really like cooking. I cook a lot at home, which my parents like because then they don't have to do it.

I am 15 years old and have played hockey my whole life, last year I was in Chicago and Toronto and played 2 tournaments they called krolak cup and warrior world series but half a year ago I quit hockey.
