WHAT rules would you have? 
  • Some rules I would have are that there would be no drugs or alcohol unless it is used to heal the sick, or injured.  
  • No war, just peace.
  • Stress free.
  • No homeless or poor
  • Everyone has equal money
  • Everyone is fit and healthy 
  • No discrimination 
WHERE would it be? 
  • There would be no bad weather. No hurricanes, or tornado.  
  • There would be summer which includes beaches and palm trees on one half  of the community and winter on the other half and in between there would be spring and fall. That way you can experience all the different seasons and if you're a person that doesn’t like the cold then you can stay on the summer side. 
HOW would it be run? 
  • It would be run by one person. This person is chosen by the people that live in the Utopia community. They have a vote and the one with the most votes will become the one in charge.

WHO would you allow?

I would allow people that are good. They can’t have a criminal record. They must be willing to follow the rules of the utopia and can’t be rebellious. They can be any religion or ethnicity but they must meet the requirements. 

WHAT rules would you have?
  • You can’t litter
  • You can’t make fun of other people
  • You have to be kind and respectful to other people
  • You can’t harm other people
  • You can’t steal
  • You must work
  • You can’t publicly rebel against something, but you can request for something to be changed through a letter to the government. 
  • No alcohol or drugs unless needed for medicinal purposes 

WHERE would it be?

  • The utopia would be in Colorado (in the mountains) because the weather there is beautiful. It would be nice for a change in seasons so people get a change in their lives.

HOW would it be run?

  • The government would be a democracy. Every two years the entire utopia votes on their leaders (there are 20) for the next two years and leaders can serve for as long as the people want them to. The leaders are in charge of the utopia and make sure everything is running smoothly. There are enough jobs for everyone but not all jobs are equal. You have to work hard in order to get a bigger job title. Everyone has to go to school until they are 18 and after that, they can choose to start work or go to college.

WHAT rules would you have?

  • No murder.
  • Freedom within bowndres.
  • No harm to another stealing murder abuse.
  • If crime is committed you are moved to a different satiety with others who have ther first ofense and you ceep moving down until you are put to death. You can also work your way back to the top by doing good deads for three years if you can ceep a clean record for thee years you move up. 

WHERE would it be?

  • In a climate controlled dom has all four seasons but whether won't get out of control or extreme, no floods tornadoes hurricanes. 
  • Night and day are the same length 24 hours every one takes a night pill to make them selap for 24 hours giving ther bodies time to heal. Ther would be les siknes becose evry one sleaps.

HOW would it be run?

  • Two governments one for men one for woman. Rules apply to all but things run differently. Like for girls they are allowed one weak of work off for stuf month. No one is allowed out at night to make shure evry one gets the right amawnt of sleap. You can chuse to ether sleap during day or night if you chus to sleap at day you may go out at night to work and live. You are only alawed to work halv the day.

How Would It Be Run?
There are rules and an unknown leader.
Although people don’t know the unknown leader, it’s just common sense to follow the rules.
Leaders would be switched every 6 years 
The current leader would select the new one.

  • Southern Iowa because it has four seasons, flat land, farming fields, and almost no pollution

HOW would it be run?

  • There would be rows of houses on each side of a road and that would be a neighborhood and jobs, schools, and storage rooms for food and clothes would be outside of the neighborhood. We would elect a president to be our leader and we would have a new one every 6 years. 
  • Every road will be heated in the winter or whenever it snows

  • All intersections will be turned into roundabouts

  • Everything would be free.

WHO would you allow?
In my utopia I wouldn’t want to exclude anyone from the world so I would let everyone be able to live in the utopia. I think it’s always good to learn and know different ethnicity and cultures so it would be a good learning process for everyone. 

WHAT rules would you have?
 - Treat everyone the  same. 
- Always be respectful and do what you are told. 
- Live in peace 
- No homeless
- People aren't poor
- No world hunger


WHERE would it be?
My utopia would be in a place where there were all of the season split so if someone wanted to go to winter they could the same time someone wanted to go to summer. 

HOW would it be run?
I would want my utopia ran fairly and safely with the most respectful person in the community. Someone who treats everyone with the same respect and knows what is good for the rest of the community to live in peace. Someone with greater knowledge than anyone and can make a good difference in the world.

  • I would allow everyone into my utopia. I wouldn’t just choose certain people to be in. I would want a variety of different people and different races

    • My utopia would be in the middle of nowhere on an island in the ocean. I would most likely put it close to South America  so if something happens we have a bigger country to go to.

    • It would obviously be run by me and I would only rule the island not the people so that they can be themselves. My government system would have an equal amount of boys and girls running it so that nobody can argue. Also in my world nobody will have different amounts of money, everyone's salary will be the same, even me.

    • By a group of leaders that the citizens are not aware of. There would be cameras outside to monitor the world to make sure all are accounted for. There would be islands which accommodate for every possible type of person. EX : White Christian to island 1A, White catholic island 1B. The islands would be manmade tropical paradises. We would have medicine Al la, The Giver’s world. Communication from island to island is prohibited. All can home 1 Billion people if time calls for it. You would need a job to be productive but you don't need a car. The jobs square is in the center of the circular island. Transportation is through underground subway tracks. All are happy and cared for in this Utopia, no person has more than another, on the islands at least. There would be a person selected to leave to be a representative of their island. Going to another island to monitor and make changes if necessary with other representatives. We would destroy all other languages and create our own.

    • My utopia would be ran by me.
    • Since I created this utopia, I feel as if I should run it too.
    • I know all the rules to my utopia, and if anyone breaks them there will be a punishment, or they may be kicked out depending on the violation.

    • I would try to allow every ethnicity, but that depends on if the rule in the following box works. Otherwise, I’d keep people of different ethnicities in different areas away from each other, but still not exclude them.
    • People with anarchist or similar ideas would be taken somewhere else so they wouldn’t panic everyone, but the group(s?) of leaders would listen to their ideas and see if they can take any good ideas from theirs.

    WHAT rules would you have?

    • Everybody believes in kindness instead of religion and do so naturally instead of some just fearing for their soul.
    • Everyone thinks of everyone the same for first impressions, and they don’t use prejudice.
    • If people want to be sad or angry, it’s alright, but they have to go somewhere where they won’t, even accidentally, force their emotions upon others who don’t want them.
    • I’d try to let people choose things like they’re fashion, but it would require study to see if it’s an issue. (people usually fall together anyway.)
    • People can choose things, but if they don’t want to, the leaders can choose for them. It’s their decision, though.

    WHERE would it be?

    • Personally, it would be in Minnesota so everyone could experience all of the seasons.
    • I might have different destinations people can travel to if they, for example, don’t like winter or want to go somewhere else for seasons.
    • (Might have a space station location.)
    • If that, however, doesn’t end up working, I might have to put it somewhere where things stay the same for the most part, but I want people to experience nature’s wonders.

      HOW would it be run?

      • I honestly can’t figure out a way to allow love into this. It makes people do crazy things and might throw off the balance. So someone might have to manage implementing something like the “Stirrings” pills. But I’d require study. 
      • There’d be only one group of people who could see all the locations at once and could manage all the people. Since there would be no fear of attack, they wouldn’t need backups, but they still have most things stored physically somewhere.
      • Leaders would be friendly and active in the community, and people can share their concerns with them at any time.
      • Leaders are  exalted, but mostly very friendly.
      • Everyone speaks one language.

      • No currency. Managed by leaders.

    The United States. I like how there is a variety of different types of land.

    • In my utopia we would allow all types of people. People of all/any race, gender, and religion. Many different languages would be preferable because then everyone could learn something about all of the different cultures.

    • The way the government is set up will stay that way unless ten generations in a row vote against it in an annual vote.
    • Influencing votes is prohibited.
    • There would also be single currency.

    • I would want it to be in a climate like Minnesota's. I would want my Utopia to have winter, summer, fall, and spring. It would also have many different landforms.


    HOW would it be run?

    • I would want the government to be kept up with generations. It would be a complete democracy. So every ten years a new set of government would be brought in under the rules which were left by the last set of government, and could create and take away rules as a result of what the people vote for. Which would change every so often because of new generations of thinking.

    • My utopia would be surrounded by a tundra. It would be very isolated and not very many people will be able to get to it, but if you can it will be worth it. It is kind of like Shangri La in the Himalayas.

    • There is one big village the rest of the land is used for farming. There won’t be a leader the community votes on everything. The people will apply for jobs but are not guaranteed them.
    •  In this community it is a great honor to be a farmer because thats how they survive on crops.

    WHAT rules would you have?

    • Your home has to have a wooden fence.
    • You would have to be inside your home fence by 11 P.M.
    • Committing a big crime (stealing large amounts of money or worse) will result in exile.
    • Small crimes (out after curfew, stealing a candy bar, etc.) and  will result in a fine or jail time, the fine and time in jail will depend on the intensity of the crime 
    • The island will have districts, and people will be separated into districts either by there religion, whether they have family in the district, the jobs that they have, and whether they have more room in the district or not. 
    • You need to buy a pass to be able to go into other districts, and it will have to be renewed every month. You will also need to be approved whether you can get a pass or not. 
    • Districts on the island have custom ration cards made for them, so no one can hoard food.
    • Certain districts will have a special month where they can buy more food.
    • Ages 18 and up can enter by themselves.
    • All crimes will be taken to a court.
    • Once a district starts getting "crowded", it will cost extra money to live there, and getting approved to live there would be much harder. 


    WHERE would it be?
    • On its own Island in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico.
    • It would have a big wall surrounding it, and you could only enter through a gate, or by aircraft.
    • There would be an invisible dome that can be opened or closed by the operator, allowing planes to enter, and keeping the utopia weather and temperature controlled. (no snow)
    • It would rest atop a huge plateau, that at the top was 20 miles wide and 20 miles long, so that there would be a ton of room for many people to live there. It would have metal reinforcements going all they way through the rock and branching out, keeping it stable and preventing rockfall.

    HOW would it be run?
    • You would go to school from 5 to 7 years old, learning the alphabet, numbers, proper manners, proper language, and simple math and science. Then, once you finish that, you are out of school until you’re 14, then you would go to college, and only learn what you need to for your life long job. You would do that job until you are 70, unless you are injured or sick.. Payment would be kept simple, and you get paid retirement and maternity leave, but it would only be enough pay to live decently. 
    • All the houses would be the same on the exterior, but people are welcome to decorate the interior to their liking, so they feel comfortable. Also, a house inspector would check in every month, and if your house is really dirty, or something broke like a water system, or the paint chips, you would have 1 month to fix what the house inspector points out. If what he points out is not fixed next time he checks, you will have to pay a fine. After 2 months, and it's still not fixed, you will be exiled.
    • Once I die, I will choose someone, whether it is one of my children or a relative, or someone I trust, to continue running the utopia. They will sign a contract to run it the exact same way, and if they change anything about how it is run, the Upper Counsel (basically congress), will exile that person, and a new person will be selected.

    • This utopia would be in a multi climate area, with lakes, rivers, forests, mountains, etc.
    • There would be a rural area, an urban area, and a suburban area with different cities. 
    • In the United States. 

    HOW would it be run?
    • There would be a Capital of the whole community but the citizens vote for most of the decisions. 
    • Citizens can go wherever they want, whenever they want. 
    • There are police officers, government officials, and much more to make sure the community is safe and not breaking rules.
