   - Do not eat anything with peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, or eggs during class

   - Don't penalize for late work
   - Create a wall of shame/Dunce cap
   - Allow eating and drinking in class, when reasonable
   - Allow headphones and cell phones during work time
   - Don't give homework
   - Allow retests for full credit
   - Create Kahoots, Gimkits, Blookets, etc.
