Most answers that he get come by the form of company names, titles, phone numbers and etc.

He then asked the question again 'what is it you really DO?', this time emphasizing on the purpose rather than the position.

- Fascinated that he can reflect light into dark places 
- He kind of resemble a fragment of a mirror which can change some things in some people 
- He believes he can reflect ‘light’ (truth, understanding, knowledge) into the black places in the heart of men
