The book cover itself is really inspiring and of course pretty cool to look at. They are greeted by many friends on their adventures and have to go through some painful experiences that remind them of their troubled pasts. There are of course monsters that reside within the forests and waters they stride upon, yet to no avail do they diminish our heroes spirits. To be honest there was really nothing to be disliked within the book, the content itself is funny and exiting and really interests me.

-Interesting features of characters:
what really interested me was the background of two certain characters, Hazel first off has a really dark background that has really conflicted her, which is basically the same with Frank Zang, whose mother has died to leave him only with his grandmother as his later relative.

Connections I may Have with the book: 

Though the book itself may seem way out of my league, there are small features that really connect with everyday teens today. The quote itself is said by Frank  who was questioning Arion´s temper, though it may just seem funny, It really signifys Arion´s personality throughout the story itself.
-” Annabeth's face, her blond hair and gray eyes, the way she laughed, threw her arms around him, and gave him a kiss whenever he did something stupid.
She must have kissed me a lot, Percy thought.” 

Percy has some real trouble with his past as he goes through his adventure, through the duration of the story, he is pretty much oblivious to any memories he has of the past until certain key events that triggers his memories, this for example is one of them.

-“Percy scowled. "I-I know you."
Nico raised his eyebrows. "Do you?” 

-This is another example of one of the key events that began to trigger further memories without the rest of the book.

It really relates to many teens throughout the world, whether it is by showing other teens problems, Or just by adding comedic humour teens would catch pretty quickly. I´m not saying all teens would like a book like this though. The book really looks for the side of people that craves mystical and mythological stories.
