There are significant differences in the epic between man and woman. These attitudes reflect on the Hindu belief that this must be followed by the Indian People. It is where the man will work and work for the basic needs while the woman will serve her husband. It also showed that the man must have respect for the woman by serving her and being a gentleman by kindness. And also, the everlasting love with each other so that the relationship will get along together. In the story, it reflects their unconditional love for each other. It was more like a romantic Disney story. No matter how far they go or how far the distance is, both Rama and Sita showed their affection towards each other and loyalty to preserve and to show the true Unconditional Love as a family. Rama works for survival and kingdom while Sita guides his husband. And this also applied in the Indian Culture where men must fulfill their duties while the women must hold responsible for helping their husbands and their children by guiding them. In short, the women must prove their purity on Dharma while the men will work and serve and be allowed to have more than one wife.

He followed his father even though the request may hurt his feelings.
2. He is faithful and loyal towards his wife, Sita. Rama also didn't bring into the seduction of the Rakshasa princess even though in their culture, men can have multiple wives. He was able to think of the possible future of his children and he wouldn't allow that one of them will follow the same fate that he currently has.
3. Sita was standing calmly in an arena with flames burning around the lotus platform where she stood to prove her innocence, however, many still believed that she was touched and tainted.

And the last one is to follow the orders and your responsibility as a person so that to preserve the human qualities and to live properly. You must also follow the law and our loyalty to it. And also, the most important lesson is to follow Dharma. We must follow and fulfill our faith and spirit in our life. Remember these words, Fidelity, Responsibility, Loyalty, and Righteousness. We need to follow dharma to prevent chaos in our life and each individual level through gratitude. If we are just an imbecile that didn't follow, then we are risking the human rights of the people and your dharma itself. This means that you betrayed yourself and you betrayed the world.

Although being defined as a "perfect man" having a nice attitude and well, being everything a person can call perfect. Having a royal life is not for me, I know some of us view royal life as golden riches having everything you want. But by being the definition of "perfect man" and being a royalty it limits the way you want your life to be. Some of you may disagree, but just one mistake I make while being Rama can break the way people view you since you are supposed to be a "perfect man". In summary, I choose not to be like Rama, being not perfect brings your more opportunities to learn, and mistakes are a nature of humanity, and most of all having an attitude, personality of a good person does not require to be like Rama or to be a perfect man.

Major differences I found between men and women in the epic is that men are expected to work for the basic needs of the family. This is shown where Rama was the one hunting in the forest for his wife and brother to eat. Men also need to respect the woman he is courting and when they are together. Women on the other hand are expected to stay loyal to their husbands and show equal amounts of affection to one another. Sita has shown her loyalty to Rama when she was captured by Ravana. She didn't even look at Ravana when he was trying to court her.

It's between my decision to banish Sita or save her. Sita is the love of my life and she was even there with me in my banishment and through with me in such happenings. If you're going to ask me to be specific, there's only two possibilities of each choices we have.

It's either if I'll save my wife, people are going to be mad at me for sacrificing the throne, but if I'll follow the wishes of my people, I'm sure my wife will feel betrayed or either understand the situation. But if you'll ask me, I'd rather be with my wife, my family rather, than having the throne. Sita is a unique one and I'm sure If I'll sacrifice Sita, I won't see her again, even with thousands woman surrounding me, or even reincarnation exist, there's only one Sita. But of course, choosing my wife doesn't mean I will/already forget the Kingdom and my people.

The lessons I got from the epic is to learn how to sacrifice things especially if it can be beneficial to other people, but at the same time, we need to make sure the things we can sacrifice doesn't affect negatively to anyone. But if you have responsibility as well if you're a king, you as well have responsibilities of following your dharma, your people. However, responsibilities are still shown in both side, it may be a big or small responsibility, and I can see that Sita and Rama, both achieved that said responsibility even it required sacrificing one another.

Lakshman, he joined his brother and Sita in their journey which also shows faithfulness. I think they equally proved themselves to their oldest brother. :)

First example was when Rama had to banish Sita because of his Dharma, because of his responsibilities to the people of the kingdom even though he loves his Wife so much. Second example is when the people of Ayodha didn't like Sita, because she "maybe not" pure.
