         <description><![CDATA[<div>- <strong>Headache</strong><br>-<strong> Diarrhea<br>- Dizziness <br>-Q-T interval prolongation </strong><br>May occur due to hERG K+ channel blockage which suppresses autonomic reflexes that contribute to bradycardia, hypotension, and tachyarrhythmias<br><strong>- Serotonin Syndrome<br></strong>Ondansetron is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. It binds to the receptor instead of serotonin which causes in increase in free serotonin. When combined with other serotonergic drugs like SSRI's, it can cause serotonin syndrome. <br><strong>- Constipation <br></strong>Likely due to the blockade of 5-HT3 gut receptors which result in decreased gut motility.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
